Where do you ship?
We primarily ship to the United States but also offer international shipping.
How much is shipping?
Shipping depends on the product ordered, the total weight and where we're shipping to. You can check out the price of shipping at checkout.
How long does it usually take for an order to arrive?
This depends on the products ordered and where we are shipping to, however most orders are delivered with 8-16 business days. This can be 2-3+ weeks. If you're ever concerned about your order just e-mail us.
Why didn't my shipment come in one package?
We work with various international warehouses all over the world, and your products may be shipped separately so they can get delivered to you faster. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once... they are on the way!
I paid for Priority Fulfillment, where is my order?
When you select Priority Fulfillment at checkout this bumps your order to the front of the line. Our supplier sends your order out before anyone else's. Your order will still take 2-3 weeks to arrive but Priority Fulfillment can take anywhere from 1-5 days off that time.
My shipment has been delayed, can I have a refund?
We do not offer refunds for delayed shipments unless it's been 60 days since you ordered.
I need to change my order...
Unfortunately, please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours after placing your order. If the order has been shipped, we can no longer make modifications to your order.
I gave you the wrong address...
Unfortunately, please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. Please email us at email@example.com explaining your situation and if we haven't shipped your order yet we can make the change! If your order has shipped but it's going to the wrong address we will send another order to you for free but you'll need to cover the shipping for that replacement order.
I didn't receive an Order Confirmation or Shipping Confirmation email...
Our store automatically sends out an Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation email after you place your order and when we put your order in the mail. If you didn't receive these emails, please check your Spam of Junk folder and add us as a contact to receive updates on your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer secure shopping and accept payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and all major credit and debit card companies.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee within 60 days after you receive your items. This means we will refund your purchase (minus shipping fees) if you are for any reason not completely satisfied with your items! We want to provide a risk-free and pleasant shopping experience and trust our customers not to take advantage of this offer.
Please note we will not refund orders because of delayed shipping times.
